New body

Hello everybody.Tommorow I going to start diet and workout.This is my plan.

I will eat dukan diet.

And this is my workout plan:

Monday-----Run and Workout by Kayla Itsines

Thuesday--Cardio Workout and legs Workout

Wednesday-Run and Workout by Kayla Itsines

Thursday----Cardio workout and Dance workout

Friday--------Run and Arms Workout

Saturday---Run

Sunday--Yoga
